Our client, a global software organisation, is seeking a Technical Support Analyst (Level 2) to join their Support Desk team. In this role you’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to diagnose technical issues, deliver high-quality support and contribute to continuous improvements across the support function. The Role • Provide Level 2 technical support across enterprise SaaS platforms and software products • Diagnose and resolve application, product and system issues • Investigate payments-related queries and system integrations • Work closely with product and development teams to resolve complex issues • Manage and track incidents through support ticketing systems • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles About You • Experience supporting SaaS platforms and software products in a technical support environment • Exposure to payments systems, payment integrations or POS products. • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to investigate complex application issues • Experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA • Exposure to Windows environments and documentation platforms such as Confluence • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders If you're looking for a technical support role close to home on the Northern Beaches with hybrid flexibility and competitive salary , this could be a great opportunity.
